Recovery is central and not the diagnosis. We are not a care institution, but a place where everyone is equal, where growth is central and that encourages everyone to take the direction that leads to happiness. Sentro Barbulètè is for anyone who wants to work on their own recovery, not just for the mentally ill, but for anyone who has gone through a difficult period.

Our mission is to create a sustainable and inclusive environment in which participants; need support and a community to achieve their personal goals and guide their own process to be the best version of themselves.
Our Vision
We want to create the environment where all participants can find their mental balance, stability and resilience in a free and safe space. We do this by working together to develop and recover from our shared direction of creation. For this reason, it is important that the participants have knowledge of collective experience.
Our Values
Equality: We treat all people with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or experience. All people are equal. Thus we come to an environment free of stigma.
Security: The environment is a safe environment in which a free space is created in trust to share experiences and allow growth and development.
Responsibility: The individual is responsible for his or her own recovery. We offer a free space and a variety of activities to make this possible.
Now to future: Sentro Barbulètè will be directed by us to advise those who may have also been in difficult situations and recovered from them. This structure gives the two groups the opportunity to develop and work on different topics.

Step by step healing: We recognize that not everyone is always able to work on immediate healing. Sometimes the focus is on stability and learning how to manage daily life. Even very small steps in development and growth are valuable, and we support people at their own pace in this process.
Nos Goals
Our goal is to follow a self-managed management center that can be run entirely by volunteers and experienced experts. To achieve this goal, an expert who has received the necessary qualifications will be appointed to work part-time on a project basis. Free entrance: People can freely enter and be in contact with other participants. Recognition and knowledge are important.
Peer-support: This speaks of things that people encounter in everyday life, but also of things that are going well. You will have support from people around your age as well.
Activities organized by participants and volunteers: When a volunteer wants to organize an activity, together with the volunteer it is analyzed whether there is enough motivation for this among the participants. In this case, an action plan is prepared and the volunteer is given help if necessary to organize and carry out their activities. At Sentro Barbulètè we want to offer the widest possible range of recovery training to be tailored to each individual participant.
